5. Returns and Exchanges

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, you must notify us via hello@mnvalpro.com within 7 days of receipt, including photographic evidence of the damage in its original context. Standard returns for non-defective items are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items remain unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
