Our premium planters and statues are engineered to withstand Swiss winters and intense summer sun. We utilize high-grade composites and natural stone that resist cracking and fading.

Delivery within Switzerland

We provide secure, white-glove delivery for heavy items like large stone statues and bulky planters across Switzerland. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days from our Basel depot.

Installation Support

While our outdoor lighting is primarily plug-and-play solar or low-voltage, we provide detailed setup guides. Should you need structural advice for large installations, please reach out.

Why no phone support?

We communicate strictly via email to ensure we have a flawless written record of your landscape dimensions, aesthetic requirements, and delivery logistics, ensuring zero miscommunications.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days. Items must be in their original, unweathered condition. Return shipping costs for freight items are the responsibility of the buyer.

Store Pickup

You can reserve items online and collect them directly from our Freie Strasse location in Basel. Please await your confirmation email before arriving with a suitable vehicle.
